Dreadful. Seams were split and the rest of the stitching was awful. I know lockdown hasn't been kind on my body but the sizing is out as well. Tried contacting for a refund and to return the items but the service has been dreadful.
Clothes very poor quality plus you have to pay yourself for returning and you don’t get money back only gift card to buy more shi*** clothes wouldn’t recommend . Primark quality

I stumbled upon this boutique online, my eye caught bold and very stylish design and I gave it a go, buying a pair of amazing jeans. Three months later I am fully equipped for spring with my almost entire wardrobe from MDV. Love your designs, love the quality and love prompt deliveries. Returns are not free and you got to have your measurements on hand without relying on a standard high street sizing. But definitely 5 star shopping experience.
I love the quality of the clothes, I’ve ordered from them multiple times. My issues are with delivering, I have to keep contacting customer service every time because the tracking number they provide never right. I’m going on vacation and I ordered since 3-13-21, it’s 3/23/21 and I’m still waiting for my order. Now customer service said I have to wait the full 14 working business days for my order. Unbelievable!
Recently I placed three orders with MDV and I am so impressed with their customer service when it came to processing my returns/exchanges. The team there really went above and beyond in sending my exchange back to me- would recommend to anyone ! Quality products and even better customer service. Special thanks to Ryan, Shea, Ellie and Jessica for dealing with my purchases directly. Definitely will shop again ❤️❤️

Not as fast as my usual online retailer with delivery but item was great when it arrived
Customer service is great I emailed them about tracking number regarding my order they responded the same day and helped me with my problem
Delivery seemed 2 take ages but I kept in contact with the company and they kept me updated and was told my items had been lost. They refunded me my delivery. They sent me my replacement and it came the next day. Very helpful cant understand the bad reviews as the company get me informed and were helpful. Always fab quality ?
The clothes are the best I’ve ever ordered online period ! Pure quality and modern Customer service or helping when orders don’t arrive -really needs work They say in email they will reply in 24 hours Takes them days and don’t address problems I’ve never been MORE FRUSTRATED IN MY LIFE when it took 3-4 weeksI highly recommend if you’re in the US to ONLY use the expedited shipping I can’t stress this enough I will say I’ve never been happier with clothes that I’ve ordered online and they are absolutely incredible
